Sacred Springs started in 2016 when two friends came together for an anniversary fermentation. Ever since that first celebration, Joel and Geoff have been brewing kombucha together. Between them there is over half a century of brewing expertise that has inspired many others to start their own home-brewing experience. Sacred Springs started selling their kombucha at two local farmers markets and has grown into their own brick and mortar store where we still connect with the community year round and every summer at market to provide our kombucha, and offer advise on brewing your own.
We attend every Wednesday and Saturday Market at Holland, and every Saturday at Fulton St Market.
